Hello Jeobrown and thanks for writing in
The injury to your foot seems to be grievous and needs immediate X-ray to rule out any kind of fracture. Follow some steps to get rid from pain:
1. Do not wear weight on the foot.
2. Do Ice fermentation immediately.
3. Keep the foot elevated and do active movements of the toes.
4. Take some analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs to reduce pain.
5. Restrict the movements of foot so that injury can not increase.
If swelling does not reduce or pain increases that go to the ER and get your x-ray done. Further treatment can be planned thereafter.
Best Wishes
