Fell And Hit Head On Concrete Land, Dizzy, Got Bump, Neck Pain. Should I Go To The ER?
I fell yesterday and the back of my head landed on concrete really hard. I didn t black out but immediately everything was dizzy and I couldn t get my balance for awhile and I started vomiting . There is now a bump on the back of my head that happened immediately after I fell. Today my neck is really stiff I still have pressure around the spot where I hit it as well. And I feel more pressure in the back of my head when I m moving. Any ideas should I goto the ER?
so you had a fall.sorry for that.hope you didnt really hurt yourself a lot.
any injury to your head should be taken seriously and well evaluated by a doctor by doing physical examination and necesary investigations.
it is to say that vomiting, dizziness etc are all implying that there was some impact.but how severe or mild it is can be concluded by examination.
so i would suggest you to go to ER.
