Fell From The Stairs In A Drunken State Which Hit The Head. It Has A Big Lump With Controlled Bleeding. Slurred Speech And Vomiting. Should It Be A Concren?

Hello, my sister just came home very drunk. She tried to get upstairs and fell and hit her head. I have felt her head and there is swelling ( a big lump) and I have noticed a bit of blood too. The bleeding is controlled. She vomited straight after and is now trying to sleep it off. I am assuming her symptoms are to do with the drinking as in slurred speech and the vomiting. So I dont know what to do. Should I take her to the hospital now? Even when she isn't being cooperative and she is in such a state? Or can I wait a few hours? Thanks
