Fell In The Water Landing Very Hard On A Log Between Legs, Large Bruise, Size Of A Baseball On Left Side Of The Vagina, Painful. Consult Doctor?

Hi there, I was out on the lake this weekend and slipped and fell between two logs in the water, landing very hard on a log between my legs. I have a large bruise, about the size of a baseball, on the left side of my vagina. No tearing or bleeding, but is extremely painful to sit. Just wondering if I should go to emerg and get it checked out

Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

Meeting a doctor is always the best option whenever you have a medical condition

and you need it to be addressed. No matter how small it could appear, it might be

just the visible sign of an underlying more severe condition.

However, with just pains and no bleeding nor difficulty in urinating, in my

opinion, there is much to worry about. Some pain killers such as paracetamol

ibuprofen would do some good.

Best regards
Dr Achuo
