Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Firstly X-ray of L/S spine in AP/Lateral view and X-ray of pelvis with both hips(AP view) should be done.It will exclude any bony fracture.
Your symptoms suggests that problem is due to nerve involvement. So,MRI L/S spine should be done to exclude any neurological cause.
Treatment depends upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
Get well soon.
