Fell On Left Shin, Hit Hard, Hurt, No Pain, Lump On Impacted Area.

Hi I fell on my left shin on stairs 6 weeks ago and hit it hard. It hurt at first stung but no pain when I walk or run etc... I do have a small lump where the impact occurred and if but pressure or weight on this, I can feel it hurt, more like it is pressing a nerve or something. Not sure what to do about this, I have treated with deep heat and ice a few times but it is still there.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include X-ray of shin bone in AP/lateral view. It can tell exact current status.
You need analgesics with serratopeptidase tablets twice daily for one week.
So, you should consult orthopaedician.
Get well soon.

Take Care
