I exercise 6 days a week for 1.5 hours (weights or cardio). I have been diagnosed with anemia in May 2012. i take 1 325mg of ferrous gluconate with 500mg of vitamin C every other day. my periods last 3-4 days. my concern is the body temp. should i be worried?
After reading your post, it seems that you have a lot of concerns which need urgent medical attention.
Bleeding from nostril is not normal and should be properly examined and investigated by an ENT specialist. It can be due to any injury to the nostril(which can be due to fingering in the nose), any nasal pathology. You should also get your platelet count checked.
Heart rate of 42 is low(bradycardia). It should be properly investigated to know the cause of bradycardia. Get an ECG done. Also get your electrolytes levels checked.
Your body temperature of 96.3 degrees F is though low but not alarmingly very low. It can be due to many factors, including dehydration. You should maintain the room temperature to adequate levels and also wear warm clothes and drink warm drinks, if you are feeling cold.
If the problem persists, you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
