Female, Met Accident, Had Contusion On Left Hand, Ever Since Having Pain In Fingers. How To Treat It?
Hi 53yrs old Female had and accident 3 yrs ago had a contusion on my left hand and ever since then my left hand arm shoulder is in pain my pinky and my ring finger ,had a eperderal injection on my n eck because I had 4 bulging disk the pain in my arm is still their my bicep area hurts just by the touch but I feel small little bumps.

old age bone will be fraile meaning decrease calcium more prone for fracture kindly get one x ray done to rule out any any fracture there take som epain killers with calcium supplement
