Hi,
Foot drop in your case is most likely due to injury of the nerve which supplies leg muscles. Depending up on the severity and level of nerve injury it recovers within one to two years . There are no medications which can speed up this process.
Level of nerve injury and the extent of recovery can be assessed by investigations like nerve conduction studies and electromyography. You can use leg brace or splint to assist in walking instead of stick. This will definitely improve your gait.
Fracturefemur would have healed by now provided there were no secondary complications like bone infection.
