Fever And Body Aches No Other Symptoms, Kindly Suggest
Having body aches and low grade fever for the last two days. There has been nothing out of the ordinary in my lifestyle I don t take medications and I haven t been working out, and I haven t been to any other country. Also feeling just out of sorts I don t have any other symptoms like the flu , no cough, no sour throat , no stuffy/runny nose. I take a Centrum multi-vitamin and fish oil every day 1000 mg. I haven t had surgery and I don t have any other immunity issues. I am a healthy 36 year old.

Low grade fever with body ache is a common presentation of a viral infection, even without any other symptoms as you mentioned . Make sure that you consume good amount of fluids daily and I understand though your appetite will come down , you could try eating small bites frequently and keep your body well fed. This treats half the infection.
See to it that your temperature does not go up and you could take Tab PARACETOMOL three times a day , after meals .If you do not feel better in 3 days , I suggest you to visit the local Doctor . You can continue your vitamins and fish oil.

hi,dear it looks as if u r suffering from viral fever, all viral infections come and go by their own, there is nothing much that can be done but to take good food and medication to fight fever.
