Fever And Cough. Weather Sensitive. Combiflame Syrup?

My kid is 20 Month old and is sufferring from Fever and cough/ cold . He is weather sensitive and upon climate change he gets similar effect each time. Currently he has high fever and I do not have the combiflame syrup which we used to give him regularly is not available. But I have calpol Syrup with me but i do not know what will be the dosage I should give. Please help.

Calpol contains paracetamol. Its dose is 10-15 mg/kg/dose and can be given 4-6 hourly. In calpol 5 ml contains 125 mg. Now you can calculate the dose according to weight of the child.
