Fever And Raspy Cry. Swollen Lymph Nodes, Why? Help

hi my name is amber i have a five month old baby and he has a raspy voice/cry and has had a fever since wednesday night of 102 maybe higher and lower at times that keeps coming back. my five year old son just got out of hospital with swollen lymhnodes and high fevers and chest pain that thought was pnem.because of a flame shaped isolation of some sort on his right lung . but then they thought it was a virus but they didnt really ever give me a diagnosis.so i was wondering if maybe my baby could be getting what he had or what it could be. thank you
