Fever, Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps, Night Sweat. Stomach Virus?

I am 25 year old male, and I m pretty sure that I have the stomach virus . My symptoms of the first two days were fever, headache , nausea, vomiting, frequent diarrhea , stomach cramps, and night sweats . The 3rd day the symptoms include diarrhea, and stomach cramps. How much longer will these symptoms last, and can it be confirmed that I have a stomach virus?

Hi...yes you are having gastroenteritis... take a course of antibiotics and you will be fine...drink plenty of fluids...
