Fever, Joint Pain, Morning Stiffness, Skin Rashes, Headaches. Tested Positive For Chikungunya, ANA. Should I Be Worried?

Dear Docs,

It all started 3 months ago. I suddenly got fever 38-39C, swelling and joint pains, morning stiffness, red skin rashes a bit itchy in the beginning, headache, tingling on feet/hands. ANA strong positive (SS-A, Ro-52) but anti ds DNA negative. First dianosed as autoimmune and given methylprednisolone for 2 months (besides antihistamine, vitamins, etc). Symptoms got better and better but still some joint pains, tingling, and feverish feeling though could be ignored and can do daily activities. Only after that 2 months a doctor had my IgM Chikungunya tested, and turned out to be positive. Then I was told to stop all drugs. For about a week it was just fine (symptoms still the same, ignorable). And turned out the result of blood test still showed ANA positive, nucleolar pattern, titre 1:32, anti-Ro (SSA) ratio 3.6, anti ds DNA 2.1 IU/mL (negative). But these last two weeks, almost in the same time when I got influenza symptoms, the previous symptoms getting worse : joints more painful even a bit swelling, morning stiffness, and these last two days there are some red rashes on the lower arms and feverish feeling. My question is... I learned that the effect of chikungunya can be long term arthralgia and the like.. this doesn't bother me too much, but my ANA/SSA positive and the worsening symptoms worry me. Are the ANA/SSA positive merely caused by the chikungunya infection that will become normal by themselves with time and there's nothing to worry about? Or could this viral infection possibly make some other problem such as autoimmune in my body that should be treated specifically? Thanks in advance.
