Fever With Chills And Rigor

Doctor,what are the other causes of fever with chills and rigor since 2 day ? As I am from mangalore,india,it is well clear to check for malaria first.but could u tell me other common causes ?

Well,digestive imbalance,malfunctioing in sukshma pacha of blood,over dieat, over exercise,habitual for spicy-salty-bitter food etc are other causes for cold & fever.
