Flu, Warm Red Rashes On Chest And Neck Lasted For Short Period, Itching On Neck. Taken Benadryl. Suggestions?

I had the flu 4 days ago and it lasted 24 hours. The next morning I had a red, splotchy rash on my chest and neck. It was warm but not itchy. Then 3 days after the flu my skin rash is gone but I am itchy all over. I am mostly itchy on my neck but it seems like its generally an all over itch that comes and goes. I've taken a Benedryl but it is still itchy.
