Fluttering Above Stomach Area, Like Hunger Growl. EKG Done. What Is Wrong?
For a few days now I am getting a fluttering right above my stomach area. but center right below breast area. It s almost like a hunger growl but higher . I am 48 female and just had a EKG done in december . I don t have acid reflux or heartburn issues or and pain at all. Not sure what could start this ? never had it before.
hi,
welcome to hcm.
fluttering over the mentioned area may be due to various reasons.
our ribs are made up of cartilage & bones.
the junction between them is called costochondral junction.
inflammation over that area is called costochondritis.
its a common cause.
its manageable to treatment.
stressanxiety sometimes may give rise to these symptoms over that area.
unnoticed trauma may be the cause.
milder forms of post herpetic nuralgia may cause it.
to diagnosis it need a complete examination and investigation.
so please consult your doctor.
good luck.
