What CAN I DO HEALTH WISE IN THE MEANTIME?
The radiologist differentiate between focal endometrial hyperplasia, polyp or any other pathological process. The next step should be taken by your referring physician. Depending on your clinical symptoms as well as some other factors such as, marital status, previous pregnancies etc., the doctor may further refer you for additional testing (hysterosonogram, endometrial biopsy) or may administer you medications.
There is no need in surgery at this point.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards
