Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You can take food rich in protein which helps in strength and building muscle mass like pulses, cereals, eggs, chicken, lean meat. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables as they have antioxidants which reduce ageing process and oxidant induced damage in the body. Also drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food like sweets, burgers, oily and fatty food, colas, chips as they decrease energy levels and predispose for heart disease which can occur in some kinds of arthritis.
