For about 4 months I have been experiencing tightness, discomfort, pulling sensation down both sides of my neck just below my ears. I recently retired from a job that required 7-8 hours a day on computer. But the pain is worse than when I worked. My jaws feel tight and aching. I had seen my physician and currently talking cortizone/antibiotic ear drops and prednizone for TMJ. Tops of shoulder hurt as well. I know I have stenosis and osteroarthritis. I exercise regularly.
