i am taking szetalo plus half tablet daily for last two months for depression and anxiety ,i am 43 yrs old and 59 kg wt,172 cm ht,hw long i should take this medicine.i had acute sleep disorder problems,now it is slightly improved,is it have any severe side effects if i take long term

you need to take it for long time may be 1-5 years
you must do regular exercise and eat healthy diet
avoid taking nape .
drink more water
there are some side effects but they are not serious one
