For How Long Does Pain Due To Testicular Torsion Remain?

Does testicular torsion always hurt? Can it happen unnoticed? Is it only considered torsion if it lasts a long time. I only had moments where I would feel the pain for only as long as 6 seconds, then I would change my sitting position to a normal position. Does it have to be longer to be severe? Or is it possible I have it but I don t know it?

it depends upon the duration of torsion( longer the duration of torsion and more will be pain) and damage that has been occurred after torsion. sever the damage less the pain will continue, as when the neurons loss their blood supply than neurons die and it will no longer carry the pain. Thank you.
