For Many Years, A Headache Will Begin When The Back

For many years, a headache will begin when the back of my neck will start with a lot of crunching in my upper spine and will last for 24 to 48 hours. It has been going on since I came back from Viet Nam in 1971.It would start with blurred vision that would last for about 30 minutes.
