Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

Even though I did not understand the second sentence very well, I will try to give my expert impression.
There are numerous causes of secondary amenorrhea (absence of periods for more than 6 months) which maybe
- PCOS: which is the most probable given that you have a history of that. PCOS can complicate to infertility in women but chances of conceiving as still present.
- Pregnancy: which may be likely possibility given that you may have conceived just before you started bleeding
- Menopause or premature menopause
- Primary ovarian failure: women usually present with amenorrhea, hypergonadotropinism, and hypoestrogenism. Has unknown or genetic cause.
The best thing to do at this point is visit a gynobs who can request for a blood pregnancy test, do a pelvic scan and maybe run some other valuable tests after doing a physical exams.

Hope this helps and wish you the best

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
The chances of pregnancy have always been there with unprotected sex.
The chances of pregnancy are there in your case also because you have unprotected sex and your period is irregular.
In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy.
Good luck.
Take care.
