Hello,
Thanks for posting on HCM,
Even though I did not understand the second sentence very well, I will try to give my expert impression.
There are numerous causes of secondary
amenorrhea (absence of periods for more than 6 months) which maybe
- PCOS: which is the most probable given that you have a history of that. PCOS can complicate to
infertility in women but chances of conceiving as still present.
- Pregnancy: which may be likely possibility given that you may have conceived just before you started bleeding
-
Menopause or premature menopause
- Primary ovarian failure: women usually present with amenorrhea, hypergonadotropinism, and
hypoestrogenism. Has unknown or genetic cause.
The best thing to do at this point is visit a gynobs who can request for a blood pregnancy test, do a pelvic scan and maybe run some other valuable tests after doing a physical exams.
Hope this helps and wish you the best
