For The Last Three Months My Mother Has Been Experiencing

For the last three months my mother has been experiencing recurrent fevers (up to 102), weakness, fatigue, loss of appetite, pain in chest and abdomen. She has seen specialists - no endocarditis or heart issues. Only "diagnosis" is fevers of unkown origin and inflammation of the body.

Temporal artery biopsy negative. Bone marrow biopsy - sample was insufficient for testing.

The pain in the chest and abdomen is recent and is preventing her from being ambulatory. Any ideas?
