Foreskin Glued To Head Of Penis, Unable To Pull Down. Surgery Recommended?

I have a problem with my penis foreskin. It is stuck at the tip of the penis head and i am unable to pull it down. The fore skin is glued to the head. It's like just an opening is left for me to pee(not that small though). And from the little research i made, i seem to need a surgery. so can u please explain the situation I am facing. I am 22 yrs old and unmarried.

Foreskin glued to head of penis has some problems. It is unhygienic as cleaning inside the skin becomes difficult and may cause infection. It may hurt or you may experience pain during sexual intercourse.

It depends how much it is glued. By smoothly, slowly and steadily pulling it back and forth several times a day without hurting self may improve the condition. Try it and if not suceeded after a fortnight or so visit a surgeon,
