Foreskin Not Retracting On Erection. Retraction Takes Lacce Whrn The Skin Is Flaccid. Suggestions?

Hi,
I have an issue related to foreskin.
I am able to retract the foreskin when the penis is in flaccid condition, no pain is experienced while washing the foreskin in flaccid condition. while the penis is erect my foreskin does not retracts a bit and there is always a nice part of foreskin left on top while the penis is erect. Today while I was washing the penis with my foreskin pulled back I experienced a erection with my glans completely exposed outside, the length of erect penis being smaller than usual. please suggest on this?

Hi,
This i not unusual, but there is a real risk here of your foreskin getting tarpped behind your glans, and the rsultant swelling may make it difficult for you to bring the foreskin back even in the flaccid state. If the foreskin is indeed not retracting well, we recommend circumcision to ensure the redundant foreskin does not cause trouble.
Circumcision is a simple surgery under normal circumstances, but if you are not comfortable with the idea of surgery, you can try gentle stretching of the opening of your foreskin daily without causing any cracks or bleeding which will make the matters worse.
