Foul Smell In Nose. Washing Face Helps. Is It Sinus?

I am a 15 year old girl who has a rotten smell up my nose . It s been like this for at least a year and sometimes i can t smell it after I ve washed my face...but for the most part it s still there. I have gone to the doctor and there is nothing with my nose or sinuses. I drink a good about of water (I think) and I don t stink. What to do now?

I have gone through your query regarding rotten smell which you feel for last one year, your family physician had not get any abnormality in your nose.
I would like to tell you, the problem you are having is called as HALITOSIS. This halitosis is notice in following conditions-
(1) Gingivitis & carious tooth
(2) Tonsilopharyngitis.
(3) Glositis.
(4) Sialoadenitis.
Above are the commonest causes are halitosis and to find which one is with you a thorough examination by E.N.T.specialist is necessary.
