I sometimes get hayfever type allergies but very seldom. Swelling below eye area. Left side is particularly worse. Bad Breath Fatigue I seem to have had these systems for a few years alread.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a chronic sinusitis. I suggest to see an ENT specialist for further evaluation and treatment. Meanwhile, I suggest using saline nasal spray for local application. I also suggest using decongestants as per oral treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
