Found Brown Red Tissue Like Particles Along With Blood In My Urine And Have Burning While Urination. UTI?

I have had a uti on and off for a while now then I finally got proper meds and it went away for a good while, or so I thought. Then last Monday I got a IUD (mirena) put in and I have been having stomach pain and sickness but I have assumed it's part of it so it didn't concern me. But yesterday I woke up and I had the uti symptoms again; burning, frequency, urgency. Not happy. But now today I have blood along with brown reddish tissue like particles in my pee when I relieve myself. I've been home for about an hour now and I've probably urinated 7-8 times.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acute UTI.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
