Freckles On The Right Of Nose And Cheek, Moles On The Face. Remedy?

Hi..i m 21..i have freckels on right side of my nose and on cheek..on left of my cheek there are some brown spots..i also have many moles on my face..which really look bad..basically i want to remove my freckels and brown spots from my face..recently a doctor recomended me kancel b cream..but it has no effect..plz help me how can i remove those brown spos and freckels from my face

Hi Aafreen,
For freckles and moles kansel b cream would not help, so kindly stop using the same. The first and most imperative thing to prevent freckles is to avoid sun exposure as much as possible and use a good sunscreen with SPF 40 especially in morning hours when sun is at its peak(10 am to 4 pm). Moles can be treated with radio frequency or cautery. For freckles a hydro quinone based cream can be used. One can also take trichloroacetic acid peels to reduce freckles. LASERS or IPL sessions can also be done to treat freckles. As you can see treatment options are multiple, only you need to consult a good dermatologist to know what will suit your skin best.
