Hello kbnair1968,
greetings from healthcaremagic.com

I am Dr Sourav Chakraborty and i will be helping you with your query.
Your lipid profile is grossly deranged , however your baseline tests done for cardiac ailments is negative. You have not disclosed your age, body habitus, working conditions which may play a vital role for coming to a significant conclusion.
You do experience typical chest pain or angina and breathlessness and if your age is around 30 years please do under go a coronary angiogram to rule out blockage in heart vessels/ ischemic heart disease.
Please visit your cardiologist or primary physician to get your self evaluated.

Also you have not revealed your habits like smoking, alcohol consumption , which need to be stopped as it can harm you further.

Lipid profile can be controlled with proper diet and medication but your heart needs further investigation ,
i firmly believe coronary angiogram will be help ful for you to identify if any coronary artery disease.
Please do not neglect your symptoms and vist your doctor soon.
Hope i have been able to help you.
Take care.
