Frequent Dizziness. Reasons ?
Hi and welcome to HCM Frequent dizziness can be due to many causes. Common ones are cervical spondylosis and Meniere s disease. I would suggest that you should get an ENT examination done and also get a MRI of head and neck done. You can take Betahistine 16mg thrice a day with gradual tapering down as you become symptom free. Physiotherapy including isometric neck exercises will be helpful in case of cervical spondylosis. I do hope that you have found something helpful and informative and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care.
