The most common cause for
headaches are tension headaches, migraines, sinus headaches, cluster headaches.
Sinus headaches occur in persons with a history of
sinusitis.They may be accompanied by facial discomfort,
nasal congestion or
sneezing, discomfort in the ears and fever. They would be relieved by the use of antihistamines, decongestants and
nasal spray.In some cases antibiotics are necessary.
Tension headaches are usually felt as a pressing or tightening, at the front or back of the head and not worse by activity
Migraines are usually severe throbbing headaches, bilateral, associated with nausea, worse with noise or light, worsened by activity.
With the problems with your ears it may be sinus headache but you may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment to make sure.
