HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The most common cause for headaches are tension headaches, migraines, sinus headaches, cluster headaches.

Sinus headaches occur in persons with a history of sinusitis. They may be accompanied by facial discomfort, nasal congestion or sneezing, discomfort in the ears and fever. They would be relieved by the use of antihistamines, decongestants and nasal spray. In some cases antibiotics are necessary.
Tension headaches are usually felt as a pressing or tightening, at the front or back of the head and not worse by activity
Migraines are usually severe throbbing headaches, bilateral, associated with nausea, worse with noise or light, worsened by activity.

With the problems with your ears it may be sinus headache but you may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment to make sure.

Hope this helps

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Do you have nausea or vomiting/ ear discharge/ running nose or tears from eyes?
There may be possibility of migraine, intracranial space occupying lesion, ear pathology encroaching up to brain.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist & ENT specialist simultaneously and should go for thorough check up.
You should go for CT/ MRI scan brain to rule out any serious ailment.
You should take nasal decongestants.
You should take naproxen along with flunarizine & propranolol.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
