If you have not missed your period, then there is no question of pregnancy.
Symptoms of pregnancy do not develop before you miss a period.
If you wish to confirm, you can do a home urine test for pregnancy.
Symptoms of burning, increased frequency of urination with blood in urine can all be seen in urinary tract infection.
You should get a urine microscopy and culture test done to rule out infection.
Take care.
