For example, headache can be due to migrain, brain tumor, stroke in the brain, brain infection etc. Similary, bac to your symptoms that is tingling sensation of all four limbs can be due to 1. Peripheral nerve related problem- which can be known after a detailed neurological assessment by a neurophysician. If there are clinical evidence of peripjheral nerve problem, you will need a tes called as nerve conduction test, which will establish the diagnosis. Based upon the types of nerve problem , a neurologist can decide what exact tretment is required. Note that peripheral neuropathy can be due to diabetes, thyroid problem, autoimmune problems and treatment depends upon the cause 2.
