Hi
Thanks for writing to health care magic.
Turning blue with irregular heart beat indicates serious cyanotic heart disease .
Needs urgent ICU care and echocardiogram , ECG to identify the cause
Prostaglandin is usually given in such sick babies to stabilise them temporarily.
He may need ventilation and inotropic support too.
Wishing him good health
Regards
Dr Arun
