Gas, Diarrhea, Tender Abdomen, No Fever. Pepto Bismol Does Not Help

Hello, I have had gassy diorhorrea for the past 2 days, I need to go to the toilet every 2-3 hours. The lower left side of my abdomen feels tender; I think I can feel the large bowel there. I don t think I have a fever , but if I do it is low. The diohorrea is quite explosive and gassy when it comes out and I am worried I am losing fluids. I ve been taking Pepto Bismol but it doesn t help.

Hi...looks like you have got gastroenteritis... take some antibiotic like norflox tz...you can add a pre-probiotic also for better results...
