Gastritis, Burping, Low Iron Saturation, Low Ferritin Level. History Of Gastric Bypass
have gastritis and burping a lot of air. sometimes I feel I cant breathe. I also have low iron staturation wwith low ferritin level of 10. will the gastitist burping relieve with iron infusion treatment. Told I have no ulser and did a upper GI and lower intesting with no abnomolies. Had gastric by pass 7 years agao with no complication except anemia .

Gastritis is not caused by low iron level. Gastritis can be a reason of low iron level. So you should get focus on gastritis treatment what will improve iron absorption. Iron supplementation is also required. You should also be checked with other reasons of low iron anemia like bleeding from colon polyps or colon cancer. It is advisable to have colonoscopy performed. Moreover, you should have gynecologist consult.
