A gastric upset/ oesophagitis/ gastro oesophageal reflux or similar condition can cause these symptoms. Is there a burning in upper abdomen/chest as well? Any other symptoms? What is your age? Are you taking any medication?
Take small and light meals, do no lie down/sleep for 2 hrs after meal, avoid exertion after meals, milk helps if there is burning.
You can see a general physician and try medication(antacids) , if that doesnt help and endoscopy will be required.
