Getting Headaches During Pregnancy. Wake Up With Horror Dreams Leading To Racing Heart Beat. How To Avoid It?

Hello, I am 16 weeks pregnant. I get headache in the nights. I keep waking up in the middle of night with some horror dreams. Sometimes I dread going to sleep. I suddenly wake up with racing heart beat. Then I relax myself and go to sleep again. I had this problem before pregnancy too. How can I avoid this. Please help.

This could be due to parasomnia or a seizure disorder as well. The same can be confirmed by getting a test called EEG where in the electrodes will be placed on the head of the person and the wave forms studied.
