Getting White Patches On Face. Due To Climate Change Or Loss Of Appetite?

hi sir... my child is one year old. and he has got white patches on his face.it started just two months back first we thought it might be due to the climate change,bt now its increasing.some times he looks pale too. he don t take food properly.. what wil b the reason for the white patches? and what should be done to overcome it.

Thanks for your query

The white patches on the face and paleness in your son look like a sign of iron deficiency anemia. I would recommend that you get his blood hemoglobin and iron studies done as soon as possible.
There can also be other causes like an organism named Mallassezia causing it. But we really need you to get his blood tests done and start him on iron therapy.
