Hello Mr Soni

Avoid all milk products like Yogurt, cheese, butter, sweets and fried food.
Reduce white salt in your diet, reduce white rice.
Learn and start doing Nadi shodhan pranayam.
Do walking 3-4KM/day

Take Tab Brahmi2tab twice after food, Tab Arjuna 1tab twice after food, tab triphala 2bed time, tab Abana (Himalaya)2tab twice after food for 1month and after that let me know how you are feeling.

Take care
