Hello and welcome the HCM.

Thank you for your query.

The best options in your case, considering your shift and obvious exhaustion once you are done would be to start on a course of multi-vitamins (Revital would be a good option). You could also boost your system by consuming energy drinks like gatorade (easily available in the Indian market). Although, this should only be consumed in controlled amounts, as an excess of energy drinks can also cause a multitude of side effects.

Also, start with basic exercises and concentrate on a cardio workout. Bulking up is not necessarily being fit. A healthy body is keeping your mind, heart and rest of your body fit.

I hope this information helps. Do write back to me if you have any further clarifications.

Best wishes.

Hello dear..
I have gone through your post in which you have asked about any power booster capsules or tablets available in the market which could be taken before hitting to Gym so as to curb the weakness.
In fact, there are many such products available which claim to provide energy & help in muscle building (due to ethical reasons, I can't mention their names in this forum).
Revital is a multivitamin multimineral composition.

But these products are only dietary supplements & should not compromise on routine healthy food such as:
1. Consume more of natural diet like fresh fruits, green vegetables, milk, eggs, wheat, etc.
2. Avoid oily and junk food.
3. Stay away from smoking & alcohol.
4. Best is to stay active, exercise regularly, avoid stress, get good sleep, think positive and stay happy.

Wish you a healthy life.
Take care.
