Got A Renal Scan. What Does This Report Indicate?

my uncle is in problem ,,i need ur help i got a report which saying both kidney show loss of normal cortico medullary defferentiation grade 1 to 2 simple senile cortical cysts are seen on both side no calculi or hydonephrosis is seen size of the right kidney is 92*45mm and left kidney 94*49 mm is he in any dangrous situation plz tell me..........

Nothing to worry.
Cortical cysts are routinely found in kidney.There is no need of treatment for them.
As there are no stones or hydronephrosis(enlargement of kidney),there is no problem.
Even loss of corticomedullary differentiation is seen in normal elderly people.
He is not in a dangerous situation.
