Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As the surgery is an emergency surgery, means the cyst in a serius condition, so it has ruptured and spill along the peritoneum, caused peritonitis. The present pain could be due to the gastric irritation, due to the tablets of the surgery, irritant foods, or alcohol etc. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and anaesthetic antacid gel. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
