Got Hit On The Nose, Bottom Of The Eye. When Pushed Hard, Hear Little Crackles. Problem?

I got hit in the nose with a flying lollipop (tootsie pop) that somebody threw at me .... When it hit my nose it hurt quite a bit .... the area of the nose it hit is equal to the bottom of my eye ..... this happened two weeks ago ... Now when I push hard on that area or massage it hard ...I can hear little crackles going on .... like on the outside of the nose ... Is this normal .... then if I do this .. It irritates it again ... will hurt a bit .... ???
