Green Bowel Movements, Ringing In Ears, Dull Abdominal Pain, Frequent Urination. Family History Of Diabetes. Diagnosis?

hello? yesterday and today i had green bowel movements. there is ringing in my ears, i have dul abdominal pain , and i am peeing more than normal. there is a history of diabetes in my family and fear i may be diabetic now. my main concern is the green bowel movements. what does this mean? they are solid and normal looking, just discolored. please advise, thank you! best, B.R.

Hi Brian,

If there is a family history of Diabetes and you fear about it, you might as well go and take a test for the Diabetes screening. You could probably get a fasting and postprandial blood sugar tested and look for the values.

Second, the change in the color of the stool with no change in consistency and appearance means to say that it is due to a change in the diet or probably due to consumption of more greens.

If you do not have associated loose stools, diarrhea and vomiting, then it is absolutely fine. You will be fine soon.

Drink plenty of fluids; take bland diet for next few days until you recover.
