Gum And Jaw Sore. Why? Is It Due To Sore Throat?

hi the jaw and gum inside my mouth on the lower part is very sore, i had a very sore throat as well, my fiance says he can see a cut on there but i dont remember every cutting myself. i am worried it might be the sign of a badly decayed tooth . but i have only just seen a new dentist who said i had no holes yet he took no xrays??

Hi dear your sore inside your mouth and jaw and cut marks inside your mouth all these points to sever pharyngitis,as you have yourself mentioned that your having sore throat.since your dentist has already ruled out any tooth infection ,it again points towards sever pharyngitis. relax and don't worry , consult some ENT surgeon and take course some antibiotic and antihistaminics and decongestant.
