Dear Prashant, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum. You are tested reactive for HBsAg. That means you have Hepatitis B Virus in your body. Vaccination will not help you. You can marry. But your wife should be vaccinated for Hepatitis B before marriage as Hepatitis B can be transmitted by body fluids.
